I went to the Salon of E-commerce in Paris last year, so boring. However, I found it very interesting this year! I arrived at around 11h in the morning, not too many people. While I was entering the salon, staffs kept giving out flyers, cards, catalogs..etc for promoting their products. I took them all and kept saying ‘Thank you’. Then I stopped in front of the exhibitors location map and thinking where I should start.
There are mainly 4 parts, Zone Techonology & Service (softwares help you to estalish an E-commerce web site & online banking), Zone Digital Marketing (the ways to promoting your web site) , Zone Logistics (how to develop your logistic system and deliver your products), Zone Innovations (applications on mobile phones, Iphone, search engine…etc)
I met some interesting people and got some useful information.

Stock markets picked up a lot compared to the figures of the index in last March.  Pump might find out most of the people suffered from the slump markets in the past few months and cheered up others.  It created a Pump Index that a model put off or on her clothes in regards to the performance of the stock markets.

Got a gift from a vendor.  It is moon like ball handing on a stand.  Oh yes, it is a Mid-Autumn Festival gift from a Taiwanese online game company.  A moon together with a little cushion is embroidered a solgan – Have a good game.

It is held on the 15th of the eighth month in the Chinese calender.   It is one of the most important date towards Chinese people.  We gather for a family dinner and admire the brightness of the full moon.  With this gift, I found Taiwanese translates it as Moon Festival – very nice, interesting name.  For sure that, we’re really concerns about moon in this festival.  The moon is as full as a silver ball hanging in the sky on the date of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

In 2009, the Mid-Autumn Festival is on 3rd October.  Please don’t forget to look up to the sky and admire the moon.  -Peggy

You must be familiar with this ‘cow’s head’ (The Laughing Cow Cheese). Here is a competition called ‘No tail no head’, competitors used all kinds of materials to create and decorate a ‘cow’, the public could vote for the winner.

My kids were so excited when they saw these ‘creative cows’ and took loads of pics with them.

Nintendo presented ‘La Maison du Style’, on DS, coming out 23 Oct 2009 in France.

This is a  simulation for ‘Boutique of Mode’. A girls’ game. Gamers take care of a boutique, from decoration to selling and develop their business. The software includes 10 000 objects and 16 different brands that you can play with. Have Fun!

I am certainly not a gamer, (the only game I like is car racing). At the show, I did think of buying a PS3 and a Simulated Car Racing Seat to enjoy a little bit of madness… !     Shazy

Last Saturday (19/09) I was at the ‘Video Games Festival 2009, Parc des expositions de la porte de Versailles, Paris. For someone like me rarely play video games, what could I say……Very Impressive! C’est très Sympa!
Outside the exhibition centre, gamers, teenagers, parents with their kids, were already waiting in (long) line. Me had Invitation from MTV (thx to CaptainWeb) and enter the Invitation Entrance directly. La classe !!

Sony PS3, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, SEGA Museum, Samsung, Dofus, Lapin crétin….there were also Cosplay, Batman, the Joker, Mario, robots…walking around. Games from the 80′s to 2010 that you could play, brought you back to your childhood and to the futur!
