I have been using SFR as mobile phone operator for almost 10 years. Few weeks ago, I wanted to changed my olddddd Sony Ericsson to an iPhone 4, they asked for 300 € with 17000 credits. So I turned to Virgin mobile and ordered a Samsung Galaxy-S for 29 euros (Captain Web ordered a HTC Desire). Then we waited. A day after, I received a welcome & confirmation e-mail from Virgin mobile. Cool !

A week after, my account was still blocked, they said they still had not received the photocopies of my id card & bank details etc… I sent them all required documents the day after and waited (again)…. Another week later, an e-mail from Virgin mobile asked me to pay 100 € in advance before sending me the phone?? On the other side, Captain Web did not send them any document, and got his htc desire later on from Virgin. Strange ah…?? Question here is ‘why after sending them all documents, they still asked for 100 € in advance? Captain Web got his phone without sending any doc & advanced payement?’

Finally, I turned back to SFR for the Samsung Galaxy-S. even it costed me a little bit more, I received the phone in 48 hours and had no more surprise!!
