On Avenu Daumesnil 75012 Paris, one boutique of matejewski, Lampe Plume (Lamp made with plume) and lighting decoration are his speciality. When I passed by his boutique few days ago, my kids & I saw this cute little rabbit sitting behind the door. My kids took pictures with it.
‘ Maman, why is it not jumping around ?? ‘
‘It is not real, girls. It’s made of plume like the lamps hanging over there. It is a design.’ Shazy
Christian Audigier – a fashion brand which was named after its originator, a French fashion designer and entrepreneur.
When I was in HK this July, my friends told me that ‘bligblig’ became the mode in Asia countries (I had talked about it before-please read Article 07 August, BligBlig). However, I have not seen much ‘bligblig’ in Paris. 2 days ago, I discovered this boutique ‘Christian Audigier, Los Angeles’ inside one of the shopping gallery on Avenue Champs-Elysées, and it is a ‘bligblig’ fashion shop. They have jeans, caps, jackets, shoes…all you can find, all ‘bligblig’, decorated by crystal with different patterns and different colours. The designer made 4 Chinese words ‘The Great Wall’ on one of the jackets; decorated a pair of Converse, a pair of white jeans, tshirts….etc. I think the ‘bligblig’ fashion trend is here in Paris, just have to look for it. As a graphic designer, I will also present you some interesting graphic design in Paris. So you get fun and excited not only from our fashion design information. Here are 2 posters from the CityHall of Paris to give out ‘Aids service information’ and remind you to use condoms. What a direct message to everyone ! (They made the big condom as a dog and became human’s best friend). What do you think?
‘Le meilleur ami de la femme = woman’s best friend’. ‘Le meilleur ami de l’homme’ = man’s best friend’. Shazy

As I told you two days ago, I visited the flagship boutique of IWC, TST, Hong Kong. I found an interesting thing other than the priceless watches. It’s a small ecology sailing vessel displayed in the glass case. The salesman knew my eye sights on the vessel. He swifted to explain the vessel. Its original size was a 60 meter long vessel made of plastic bottles. In my heart, I repeated, “made of plastic bottles”????
Dear Friends, if you like it, please study at here http://www.theplastiki.com/

L.V. (Louis Vuitton) – luxury leather luggage, French fashion designer. I think nobody will miss this brand, especially Hong Kong people and Japanese. They all love these 2 alphabets. I was at their main boutique on Avenue Champs-Elysées today, (‘window’ shopping around). When I went inside the shop, stylist Handbags ,wallets, key holders, sunglasses, shoes…etc, your mind and your wallet would start flying out from your body. I saw Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese everywhere…showing their passports (foreigners can get 12% tax refund by showing their passports) and credit cards. Near me, a wife was choosing 2 handbags, her husband had chosen some ties and belts, their sales presented the wife more bags with different styles, husband said ‘oh, that’s enough, please stop showing her more bags.’ (his ‘That’s enough’ meant 2000 to 3000 euros at least). On the other side of the shop, 5 kids were quarreling and screaming while their mother was looking around, other clients were being disturbed, thus one of the security guys asked them leave.
Their sales will serve you coca, coffee or champagne with a cuty small tray. When one of the sales is serving you, he/she will not serve the other clients. They have a lift with 3 doors, each door brings you to a different level of the building. I was looking around and wondering their reason for success. Why people thinks they become ‘High Class’ when they are carrying LV bags? Why people are willing to pay their 2 months salary for a LV handbag ? L.V. has a long history (since 1854), excellent service, excellent marketing and promotion.
While I was at the main entrance and leaving the shop, a young sales girl was saying ‘Hello’, Good-bye’ politely to each customer, most of them did not really care about her. I heard she whisper to her colleague who standing near her : ‘Keep smiling …’ Shazy
Last Sunday, my hubby went to “study” timepieces at IWC, International Watch Co., which newly opened a flagship boutique, TST, Hong Kong. I just walked along with him. When he talked with the informative sales manager, I browsed around and found a small room housed a pilot seat facing to a digital screen. Another salesman explained the idea of the pilot seat and the digital game. SO COOL! I will post the pictures next time (Don’t know why I could not download the pictures from my cell phone). Anyway, the game and the seat were designed for pilots or gamers to play and matched with IWC Pilot’s watches.
For the Pilot’s watches, IWC also provides a pair of watch for father and son. They didn’t accept sons to inherit father’s watches only. As informed by the salesman, they believed that father and son should have an unique watches together. Anyway, I have alreday got my mother’s vintage watches. I love plain and elegant. Haha….. (Also, show you next time.) Peggy :P

Promenade in Paris at 11 o’clock at night, found this lonely Zebra Chair sitting next to the trash bin.
What a waste! Ah, I sould have taken it back home….. Shazy

Who is going to follow the fashion trends of our ‘Big Star Mr Coke & Mrs Coke Light’ ?

IT is a renown fashion chain stores in Hong Kong. It invites peoples to upload their video in the theme of 21.
I found many candidates uploaded their videos to HERE. One of the candidate captured his 21 facial expression. Another one’s so boring to show a watch in 21 sec. You may be much more creative than them.
Do you also want to get a prize? Then, don’t miss it. Peggy

Ah, the dresses are lovely, should make my girls so cute !! Sorry, these dresses are for my kids’ doudou rabbits. They sell them in the Toy Shop
‘La Grande Récré ‘ Not cheap though, between 15 to 25 euros each. You will see why I bought them in the next photos.

After nearly 5 years, my girl’s doudou became a ‘frankenstein doudou’, I used different cloths, towels, socks, needles & threads and tried to sew it back to a ‘rabbit doudou’ (obviously I am not very good at the job). When I was in the toy shop last week and saw those lovely dresses for baby dolls, I got an idea for my girl’s doudou. Voila, here is the new dress for her doudou. ( I think rabbit doudou likes its new dress more than my sewing job :))
